This interactive Geometry Notebook will serve as a practical, engaging resource that students will use and reference throughout the entire year. It covers ALL of your Geometry outcomes in grade 3.
In this resource you will find:
- A cover page for your Interactive Math notebook (Le cahier de mathématiques...)
- "Géométrie" title page for this section of your Math notebook,
- An ”I Can statement” for each outcome (aligned with the NEW Alberta Program of Studies) to glue at the top of your notebook page,
- Clipart and information to create each page/anchor chart, and
- Example photos of each page of the notebook put together.
EVERYTHING COMPLETELY IN FRENCH - Fully translated and edited.
MINIMAL PREP REQUIRED! - Just print, cut, and handout!
Each student will need:
- A notebook (either a composition book, a visual journal, or a lined notebook) *Note: you will need to shrink the clipart images slightly if you would like to use a Hilroy Exercise Notebook*
- Crayons/markers/coloured pencils
- Glue stick and scissors
You will find that there are multiple copies of each image to reduce photocopying.
I have found that at the end of the school year, students are proud to show their notebooks to their parents, and parents are interested in seeing all the learning that has occurred in each of the Mathematics units.
