No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been purchased and delivered. Please read product descriptions carefully before buying.

Problems with a File?

If you experience an issue with downloading, opening, or using a resource, I’m happy to help! Just email me at hello@3peaksclassroom.com and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly.

Authorized Exceptions

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged in error

  • You purchased the same item more than once

  • The file is corrupted or missing key content and I’m unable to fix it
